At Quranic Insights, we aim to conduct our educational activities in accordance with the Islamic principles of amanah (trust), fairness, transparency, and mutual consent.

– Once a book has been requested for purchase, any cancellation or refund request will be considered according to the terms and conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

– Fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once a course or book has been processed.

– For physical books, cancellation may be requested before dispatch, as our books are printed on demand.

– If Quranic Insights is unable to fulfil an order, an appropriate refund, transfer, or alternative arrangement will be provided, as applicable.

– Genuine exceptional circumstances will always be considered with truthfulness, fairness, and compassion.
