1.Digital Delivery (Courses)

Course access is delivered via email or official communication channels
Access is granted before or at the start of the course

2.Physical Delivery (Books)

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation

Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on location and courier services.

Shipping Charge A flat shipping fee of 350 PKR applies to all book orders

3.Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete address details
Quranic Insights is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information

4.Delays

Delays may occur due to:
Courier service issues
Weather conditions
Operational or logistical factors
We will assist with tracking where possible, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
