Once a payment is completed, it cannot be:

Adjusted for another course or product
Once enrolled, no refunds will be issued
Fees cannot be transferred to another course or student
No refunds will be provided for missed classes, change of mind, or personal reasons.
Access to course content is considered final upon enrollment.
All book purchases are final and non-refundable
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once an order is confirmed
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct order details before purchase
No exceptions will be made unless required by law or in case of an error caused directly by Quranic Insights (e.g., wrong product shipped due to our mistake).
